Return & refund Policy
We shall be happy to accept returns of any Danat Solutions products, purchased online via www.danatsolutions.com within 14 days from the date of purchase (delivery), provided the product is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by an original receipt as proof of purchase. How do you return a product/products? 1) Requesting a Return If you have made your purchase online via www.danatsolutions.com and your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us through the contact us page in our website. Please remember to share the details of the product (along with pictures) & proof of purchase (invoice) for any action. 2) Pack the products with the return label Pack the order in the original box and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered. Please note that while the products are in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in perfect condition. 3) Handover the package to the carrier A carrier will arrive to collect the package on the scheduled pick-up date. 4) Await return confirmation You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to us and a complete refund will be processed if the product passes Quality Check (QC). 5) Refund Time & Method We will refund the amount within 10 -15 days from the time we receive the products in our store. The amount will be credited to you via the same method used for payment. Please Note: • Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase • Original proof of purchase is required for return or exchange • Product must be in new and original condition with relevant tags, packaging* etc. in place • Danat Solutions reserves the right to alter this policy at any time 6) Exchange • Exchange online for different product • Pick another item and pay the difference in amount • Request a refund online and the amount will be returned in the payment method used.
